Dana Macalik

Dana Macalik has a heart for our community and is committed to fighting to keep Rockwall County the best place to live in North Texas. Dana knows that a lean and focused government is key to allowing families and businesses to thrive.

 

As a 5th-generation Rockwall County native, Dana has a deep understanding of our community and the importance of protecting our way of life from the urban sprawl of Dallas.

 

As a Councilwoman, Dana cut taxes every year and was a consistent voice fighting to strengthen our community through smart, sensible growth that improved quality of life. She pursues these same common-sense policies as County Commissioner. 

 

As the former CEO of the largest real estate firm in Rockwall and past president of the Rockwall Chamber of Commerce, Dana has the business experience we need to balance a budget and foster a strong pro-business environment in Rockwall County.

 

Dana and her husband, Jeff, live in Rockwall and are members of First Baptist Church of Rockwall.
